1. Provider and scope
Mandorka is operated by Laszlo Kardos, sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmer), Zamenhofstraße 9, 01257 Dresden, Germany.
2. What Mandorka provides
Mandorka provides versioned simulated work assessments and candidate-owned WorkProof records. A WorkProof is evidence of performance in the stated simulation. It is not an accredited qualification, identity/background check, professional licence, employment guarantee or promise that any third party must accept the score.
3. Challenge and Sprint sessions
Assessments use short-lived server sessions, randomized identifiers, server-side answer keys, time limits, human verification and single-use submission controls. A session may create no more than one valid WorkProof. Expired, replayed, automated, client-mismatched or manipulated submissions can be rejected. AI may be used where the assessment permits it; the aim is to measure control and judgment while AI is available.
4. Prohibited manipulation
You must not extract or reconstruct protected answer keys, automate bulk attempts, replay sessions, bypass Turnstile or rate limits, tamper with identifiers, exploit scoring endpoints, use another person's protected session, attack infrastructure, scrape non-public data or interfere with other users. Mandorka may invalidate a proof where technical evidence reasonably shows manipulation, fraud or a material integrity failure.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your authenticated account. Do not share active sessions or deliberately allow another person to use a paid entitlement assigned to your account. Mandorka may revoke sessions or restrict an account where this is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or material breach.
6. Public WorkProof and verification
Public WorkProof URLs and machine-readable verification responses are intended to be shareable. Presentation may improve without rewriting the stored score, assessment version or completed evidence. Employers and other third parties remain responsible for their own decisions.
7. Paid products
The WorkProof Sprint is currently a €19 one-time purchase that unlocks one single-use 45-minute Sprint with 15 tasks across three work modules. WorkProof Professional is currently €59 one-time and grants four Sprint credits with the stated validity window. Mandorka Pro is offered at the prices and billing periods shown on the pricing page and grants the stated credits for each paid billing cycle. Product scope and future prices may change prospectively; the server-side price presented to Stripe governs a particular Checkout.
8. Subscriptions and cancellation
Recurring Pro plans renew for the chosen billing period until cancelled. Where enabled, billing management and cancellation are provided through Stripe's Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless mandatory law or a specific refund decision requires otherwise. Credits are granted only for successfully paid billing cycles and can expire according to the plan terms displayed at purchase.
9. Payments, refunds and reversals
Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Mandorka creates Checkout Sessions and prices server-side. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms. Mandorka records the transaction information needed to deliver entitlements, prevent fraud, process refunds, reconcile affiliate commissions and meet legal/accounting obligations. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Refunds may revoke unused entitlements linked to the refunded purchase.
10. Affiliate program
Approved affiliates receive a referral code. Under the founding offer, an eligible customer's first €19 WorkProof Sprint purchase earns 50% of that €19 customer price, exactly €9.50. Mandorka does not subtract VAT or Stripe/payment-processing fees before applying the 50% rate. WorkProof Professional, Pro monthly and Pro annual do not earn affiliate commission under this offer. After marketing consent, the latest valid affiliate referral can remain attributed for up to 30 days. Commission is validated for 30 days after the qualifying purchase; validated balances of at least €25 are paid monthly by the 15th of the following month in EUR by PayPal or SEPA bank transfer, while smaller balances roll forward. The program is one-level only. Self-referrals, fabricated customers, spam, deceptive reviews, false job/income claims, impersonation, cookie stuffing, abusive automated traffic and misleading trademark interception are prohibited. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud and duplicate transactions can make commission non-payable or reverse it proportionally. 11. Employer use
Employers may verify WorkProofs and use them as one job-relevant signal among others. Mandorka does not instruct employers to make automated high-impact employment decisions solely from a score and does not guarantee that a score predicts every future work situation.
12. User submissions
You retain rights in original material you submit and grant Mandorka the limited rights needed to process, score, store and display it for the requested service. Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential client information, regulated secrets or material you cannot lawfully disclose.
13. Security
Mandorka may use Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limiting, same-origin controls, bounded payloads, pseudonymous anti-abuse fingerprints, session binding, security headers and other protective controls. Attempting to bypass these protections is prohibited.
14. Availability and changes
Mandorka is evolving. Challenge content, product packaging and future features may change. Existing WorkProofs remain tied to their recorded assessment version. Continuous uninterrupted availability is not promised.
15. Liability
Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. To the extent legally permitted, Mandorka is not responsible for third-party hiring or business decisions made solely from a WorkProof, failures of third-party services outside Mandorka's control or unlawful/incorrect information supplied by users.
16. Suspension and removal
Mandorka may restrict access, reject submissions, revoke sessions, pause affiliate codes or remove proof pages where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, fraud response, security, legal obligations or material breach of these terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable under the law of their habitual residence.
