1. Eligible commission
The founding affiliate rate is 50% of the €19 WorkProof Sprint customer price on an eligible customer's first WorkProof Sprint purchase: €9.50. Mandorka does not subtract VAT or Stripe/payment-processing fees before applying the 50% rate. WorkProof Professional, Pro monthly and Pro annual purchases do not earn affiliate commission under this founding offer.
2. Attribution window
Affiliate attribution lasts up to 30 days from the latest valid Mandorka affiliate referral visit. After marketing consent, the referral and optional campaign code are stored in first-party browser storage with an expiry timestamp. A newer valid affiliate referral replaces the previous referral and restarts the 30-day window. If marketing consent is withdrawn, stored affiliate attribution is cleared. Without marketing consent, attribution is not persisted.
3. Validation period
A recorded commission remains subject to a 30-day validation period after the qualifying purchase. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate transactions, self-referrals and other prohibited activity can make the commission non-payable or reverse it proportionally.
4. Minimum payout and schedule
The minimum validated balance for payout is €25. Balances below €25 roll forward. Eligible validated balances are paid monthly, by the 15th day of the following month after they have cleared the validation period.
5. Payout method
Payouts are made in EUR by PayPal or SEPA bank transfer. Mandorka requests the required payout details before the affiliate's first payment. Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payout information and for their own tax, invoice or reporting obligations where applicable.
6. One-level program
The program is one-level only. There is no recruitment tree, downstream commission or payment for recruiting other affiliates.
7. Prohibited activity
Spam, fake reviews, impersonation, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, fabricated customers, deceptive claims, false job or income promises, abusive automated traffic and misleading trademark interception are prohibited. Mandorka may pause or block a referral code for material abuse.
8. Changes
Founding program terms may change prospectively for future referrals. Commission that has already completed validation is not retroactively reduced except where a later refund, chargeback, fraud finding or legal requirement requires reversal.
