- A session draws five decision tasks from the versioned task bank.
- Answer keys and scoring logic remain server-side; option order can vary between sessions.
- The completed record carries the track, assessment version, score and integrity data used for public verification.

Employers can use a WorkProof as one job-relevant evidence source alongside role requirements, interviews and other appropriate evidence. Mandorka does not make the final hiring decision and does not define a universal employment threshold.
